The Most Stylish Gaming Characters

Appearance plays an important role in any game's success. We have seen so many games that have made millions of pounds from their characters not just within their own games but lending them as a playable character or a DLC in other big name Genres.


Style of a character is something that drives me towards a game on the shelves and I do end up buying most of the games that have an awesome looking character on the front of its cover, instead of some boring looking landscape or fantasy world.

These are my Top Ten Dressed to impress gaming characters:

10 - Ryu Hayabusa

If any ninja knows how to dress to kill, it's Hayabusa. The protagonist of the Ninja Gaiden video game series as well as a player character in the Dead or Alive, Hayabusa for me is the most popular ninja character ever, in which his dressing style plays a major role.

9 - Solid Snake

One of the most famous spy, special operations soldier and mercenary in video gaming history, Solid Snake certainly knows how to dress for the occasion.

8 – Prince of Persia

This Noble Prince's wardrobe has came a long way since we first saw him on our PC's back in 1989. His army of fans has grown in numbers around the world and so has his fashion style. Prince of Persia is represented by our royal highness who knows exactly how to rule the hearts of his Subjects.

7 - Commander Shepard

Lieutenant Commander Shepard is the human protagonist of Mass Effect series whose gender, appearance, skills and pre-service history are all customizable and no matter how much customization you do, Commander Shepard is still a style icon.

6 – Dante

The fearless Dante is not afraid of being attacked by the Seven Hells in his office or being swallowed by a giant serpent demon and certainly not in showing off his style. Dante is one of the most laid-back gaming characters I have ever seen and his clothing style definitely shows it. "Maybe somewhere out there even a devil may cry when he loses a loved one. Don't you think?"

Lara Croft is an amazing gaming character, someone that is totally distinguished from all the other characters in personality and style.

The fascination in this franchise when it first arrived was huge. The only reason the gaming world went nuts for Tomb Raider is because of Lara Croft. Lara Croft delivered Sexiness to the gaming world that will be admired for generations to come.

Lara Croft has that wow factor which we cannot wait to see in the upcoming Tomb Raider Reboot.

4 – Adam Jensen

Adam Jensen is the mechanically augmented protagonist of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. He is a prime example of how technology can be stylish. He is the man in black that certainly no other gaming character wants to mess with, when it comes to sharp and sleek styling.

3 – Agent 47

I can go on and on about the amazing Agent 47, but the bottom line is this guy is all class. Agent 47's dressing style is something that looks absolutely amazing in video games, movies and real life.

2 - Lightning

Lightning is a young woman with long, light pink hair, a heart-shaped face, and pale aqua-colored eyes.

In Final Fantasy XIII, she wears a variation of the standard Guardian Corps uniform, consisting of a sleeveless white overcoat over a brown turtleneck shirt zipped up to the top and loads more equipment. In every Final Fantasy she simply looks Fantastically Amazing.

1 - Arthas Menethil

Here is my number one best dressed gaming character Arthas Menethil, Crown Prince of Lordaeron and Knight of the Silver Hand. This Death Knight is one of the most powerful and evil beings Azeroth has ever seen. The Lich King is in my opinion has the most powerful dressing style in gaming history.
